Use of the website

The website provides users with product presentations and online ordering. The User can browse the website using the menu items. The products are listed in a category system.

On the website, it is possible to search for a product based on a keyword.

The selected product can be placed in the Cart using the Add to Cart button, and the required number can be set. The User can check the contents of the basket using the Basket menu item. Here you can change the quantity of the product in the basket you want to order, or you can delete the given item.

 

The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store’s products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the “Add to basket” button. By clicking on the “Cart” button, you will find the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

 

 

 

Sending the order

If you think the amount of products in your cart is adequate, you have checked the total and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click on the “Checkout” button. You can then choose whether you want to enter as an already registered customer, register as a new customer, or buy without registration.

If you have already made a purchase in our store, please enter the e-mail address and password you entered during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and you only have to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.

In the next step, choose the delivery method that suits you, as well as the payment method. If you agree with the content of the order, click the “Order” button to send the order.

Prices

Our prices are list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the online store. The prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified.

The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.

Processing orders

Orders are processed within 72 hours.

You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before pressing the “Order” button.

Confirmation

We send e-mail feedback on all orders. This means that after placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery time. In the case of a phone consultation, call customer service or any of the phone numbers in the e-mail.

In our store, it is possible to choose bank card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery and personal purchase options.

Online bank card payments are made through Barion’s system. The bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., which provides the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

By paying by bank card, you can shop comfortably and safely in our store. After ordering the selected goods, you will be directed to the website of Barion Payment Zrt., where you can pay with your bank card via the encrypted transaction currently used by Barion, which is considered the most secure. All our customers have to do is click on “Payment by bank card” when choosing the payment method, then enter the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code on Barion’s payment server. Barion accepts VISA, VISAElectron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards.

Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use can only be accepted if their use is permitted by the bank issuing the card! Please check with your bank whether your card can be used for online purchases.

In the case of an unsuccessful transaction, the system informs you of the reason for the error in an error message.

In the case of bank transfer, the entire amount including the shipping cost must be transferred to the bank account number received in the confirmation email (12010350-01969047-00100007 held at My Spicy Kft. Raiffeisen bank).

In the case of cash on delivery payment, the money is collected from the GLS courier upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping

Shipments are delivered and delivered with the help of the GLS courier service, within the territory of Hungary.

Home delivery with GLS courier service

Delivery by courier service takes place within 2-5 working days. These packages are delivered to you by GLS Hungary’s courier service.

You can track your package based on the notifications below regarding delivery. The condition for receiving the following notifications is the correct e-mail address and SMS-capable phone number entered in the order.

Additional cost for cash on delivery: HUF 350

Delivery to a GLS parcel machine: HUF 1,390

In case of personal collection, there is no delivery fee.

In the case of undelivered, returned packages, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer, we can only resend the package if the package value and the return shipping cost are transferred in advance!

The above prices are only valid for deliveries within the territory of Hungary

Please always provide your phone number when ordering and in the payment notification section so that the ordered product arrives to you as quickly and accurately as possible.

You can inquire about the status of your order by replying to your order confirmation letter or by contacting us.

You can place your order on our website 24 hours a day, and we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation of delivery

If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer about this situation. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age.

 

Returning the product

We will only take back the product in its original condition and packaging, in perfect quantity and quality.

 

Information on the terms of entering into a contract

The language of the contract is Hungarian, and the concluded contract is considered to be concluded in writing. The concluded contract is filed and will be accessible afterwards.

Separately regulated in the Data Protection and Data Management Regulations.

Right of withdrawal/ Return guarantee

The customer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen working days without giving reasons. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day he received the goods. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer immediately, but no later than within thirty days of the cancellation.

The customer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer will not be charged any other costs. However, the seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods.

If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect, resalable condition, then the customer is obliged to pay compensation, if he caused the deterioration of the goods’ condition, destruction, or any other kind of impossibility of returning the goods intentionally or through negligence.

If, during the opening of the product, in the presence of the person carrying out the delivery (postal delivery person, courier) it turns out that it is demonstrably damaged, and the damage occurred before the receipt of the goods, we will immediately guarantee the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale. Any kind of damage or lack of content during the delivery of the shipment must be included in the record of facts between the sender and receiver! We cannot take responsibility for subsequent lack of content or possible damage!
